If the item you received does not match the product images, is defective, or damaged, we will replace it with a brand-new identical item (shipped free of charge) or provide a refund. Refunds will be processed to your account within 10 natural days.

For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The returned item must be in brand-new condition.

In such cases, the refund will only cover the product price and not the original shipping fees.
